We are conveniently located in the heart of the downtown area at
401 Washington Avenue, Clarksburg, WV 26301
Directions: Leave I-79 to access Rt. 50 and Clarksburg, WV exits.
Take the Chestnut Street Exit and proceed straight. Take a left
onto Main Street. Once on Main Street, you will pass the
Fairmont State University/Caperton Center and the Clarksburg
Fire Department. After passing the Fire Department, take the
next right onto 5th. Street. Proceed uphill to the 4-way stop. We
are straight ahead, on the corner of 5th. Street and Washington
Avenue.
Free Parking: Continue uphill after going through the 4-way
stop. Approximately 60 feet past the 4-way, there is a 12 space
parking lot on the left. Free patient parking is located in the 4
spots with green cement parking curbs in front of them.
Park only in the "green" spaces, please!
